Who we are

Manos Sin Fronteras Organisation

Manos Sin Fronteras (Hands Without Borders) is an organization present in more than 30 countries, with no religious, political, or profit-driven affiliations.

Through volunteer work, we promote the LJ Method of Neural Stimulation and the “5 Minutes, I Meditate” project — simple and effective tools for physical and emotional well-being.

Our volunteers, from diverse backgrounds, share the method after experiencing its benefits. We believe in the power of hands as instruments of self-care and transformation.

Founder

La Jardinera

Her journey is deeply inspiring. La Jardinera left behind a comfortable and stable life with her family to embark on a life mission. Her goal was to offer a method capable of assisting humanity in its self-development. Over 40 years ago, she crossed continents carrying with her only her simplicity, an open heart, and the desire to give love, health, and knowledge.

With her own hands, she opened doors and hearts, offering treatments, teaching the method, and training thousands of people, allowing this knowledge to come to life and expand from generation to generation. She dedicated her existence to the awakening of consciousness through deep reflections. Her iconic phrase sums up her legacy:

“What is not shared is lost”

International Institute of Neural Stimulation and Natural Therapies

In 2012, La Jardinera felt the need to create an Institute that would carry the name of Neural Stimulation, with the goal of formalizing and expanding the teaching of this method.

During an international convention held in Morocco, she officially appointed Lucía Peña as President of the Institute, granting her the responsibility of coordinating the trainings, certifications, and the supervision of the coordinators of the Manos Sin Fronteras organization in various countries.

Over time, the Institute expanded its scope of action, incorporating other complementary natural therapies, all previously evaluated and approved by the founder, based on strict criteria of effectiveness and reliability.

App

5 Minutes, I Meditate

Launched in 2013, the global peace project “5 Minutes, I Meditate” aims to spread the practice of meditation in an accessible and simple way.

Through the app, meditation minutes from users around the world are added to a global counter, the Meditometer, creating an expansive wave of balance, peace, and promotion of mental health.

The 5 Minutes app is a practical guide to encourage regular meditation, with daily sessions of just five minutes.
An initiative where technology supports the mental well-being of humanity.
